These Terms of Service set forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site and the Services.
Our Site is built and hosted on Podia, a third-party platform, and payments are processed through Podia's payment processor, Stripe. Your use of Podia's platform is also subject to Podia's own Terms of Service, available at podia.com/terms.
By registering for and/or using the Services in any manner, including visiting or browsing the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, each of which may be updated from time to time.
You represent that you are at least 16 years of age. If you are under 16, you may not access or use the Services. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Services complies with all laws applicable to you.
To access the course, you may need to register for an account through our hosting platform, Podia. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Podia and Stripe process certain data on our behalf as described in that policy.
A. Definition. "Content" means the Ways of the Kingdom video course, written materials, and any other information or media made available through the Services.
B. Use license. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not sell, license, rent, redistribute, publicly display, or otherwise share the Content, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission.
C. Ownership. The Content is owned by Crandall Ministries and protected by copyright and other applicable laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

Attempt to bypass any access restrictions on the Services;
Upload or transmit viruses or other harmful code;
Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Site using automated means.
We reserve the right to access, preserve, and disclose information as reasonably necessary to comply with legal process, enforce these Terms, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Crandall Ministries, our users, or the public.
The Site is hosted on Podia and payments are processed by Stripe. Your interactions with these third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services.
A. Price. The Ways of the Kingdom course is offered for a one-time fee of $20, unless a valid coupon code is applied to reduce or waive the price.
B. Billing. Payments are processed through Podia's third-party payment processor, Stripe. By purchasing the course, you authorize the applicable charge to your chosen payment method. We are not responsible for errors made by our payment processor.
C. Refunds. Refunds are available upon request. To request a refund, contact us at the email address below. We will process eligible refund requests through Podia and Stripe within a reasonable time of receiving your request.
D. No recurring charges. The course fee is a one-time charge. The Services do not currently include any subscription or recurring-billing offerings.
A. THE SERVICES AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
B. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Services is at your own risk. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Crandall Ministries and our directors, employees, and representatives from claims, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRANDALL MINISTRIES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE COURSE.
We encourage you to contact us first at the email below to resolve any dispute informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be governed by the laws of the State of California, and any legal proceeding will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California. You may also bring a qualifying claim in small claims court.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
A. Entire agreement. These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Crandall Ministries regarding the Services.
B. Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
C. No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.
D. Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
